For more than 40 years, Martin was in the spotlight and performed even when she aged. Martin had 2 kids and was married to her second husband, Richard Halliday, until his death in 1973. On November 3, 1990, Mary Martin died in Rancho Mirage in California, where she resided until her last years, leaving behind a legacy of beauty, creativity and stage presence perfection.
